Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following day. All orders are shipped through Japan Post International Express Mail Service and transit time is 3 to 7 days.
Q: Is duty included?
A: Due to the fact that we sell low profit margin products, duty is not included. If your order is detained by Customs, you will be responsible for the clearance of the detained items. We will not pay or contact Customs on your behalf. If you neglect to pay for clearance of the detained items intentionally and the order is sent back to Japan, we will not be responsible for the sending of the order again and no refunds will be given. If you wish to have the order reshipped, a second shipment charge must be paid first.
Q: Are the products under warrantee?
A: Due to the fact that we purchase the products overseas on your behalf, we do not guarantee the products we buy for you. We only act as a purchaser therefore, please place your orders carefully. However, in case of defective brand new items, we will take responsibility. So please do not worry.
Q: I’ve paid for my order. Why does my order status show “payment pending”?
A: Due to heavy transaction flow of the online payment system, transaction info may not be sent to the order system immediately. If your status remains in Payment Pending for over 8 hours, we urge you to contact our customer support representatives. Please do not cancel the order.
Q: How do I check for the status of my orders?
A: Click into Order Status you will see the status of your order. Payment pending means that we have not received your payment. Processing means that we have received your payment. *In the case of double-charging credit cards, please contact our customer representative and we will help refund the amount back to your credit card.
Order Status Descriptions:
Payment pending: Your order has been received but payment has not yet been processed. Processing: We have received your payment. Please wait for the orders to be packaged for shipment. Order Sent: Your orders have been sent. You can track your order with an EMS tracking number. Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. Preparing: Your order is under preparation. Waiting for items: The items you ordered is a special item or is currently out of stock. We will send you the ordered items as soon as they are available.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Online Credit Card Payment 1.We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Unionpay on the site. PayPal and Alipay are used on this site as third-party online payment platforms. Virtual Account Payment through an ATM 1. We accept payment through Online Banking, WebATM, and ATM transfer. We do not accept payment through bank transfer. 2. A virtual account is created automatically by the payment system. Therefore, if a transfer has not been processed within 24 hours or fail to go through, please contact our customer support representatives.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: If your order status is Payment pending, you can go to Order status >Cancel order> Cancel confirmed. If your order status is not Payment pending, please contact our customer support representatives.
